High Dunes Capital
High Dunes Capital is the collective’s capital vehicle, founded by the family in 2025 to fund the creation, acquisition and growth of WFC companies.
What it does.
High Dunes provides capital where the collective sees an opportunity worth building or backing. That can mean startup capital for a new WFC company, acquisition capital for an existing one, or growth capital for a business that has earned the right to invest ahead of revenue.
It is not an outside fund and is not seeking investors. Capital is deployed inside the collective against a disciplined allocation process, with a long-term ownership horizon and no requirement to manufacture an exit. The objective is simple: make sure a strong WFC company or acquisition is not constrained because the right capital is unavailable at the right time.
How ownership works.
- Ownership
- Family-founded and controlled; built to hold
- In the group since
- 2025 — founded, not acquired

How capital decisions work.
High Dunes exists to deploy capital in support of the collective, not to operate as a passive investment fund or manage money for third parties. Capital is allocated to WFC companies and acquisition opportunities based on strategic fit, expected return, balance-sheet capacity and the ability of the business to use the capital productively. The collective sets the capital-allocation framework; High Dunes provides the vehicle for deployment.
No company in the group has ever been sold, and none is being prepared for sale.
How High Dunes fits into the collective.
High Dunes is the capital component of WFC’s shared-services model. It works alongside finance, people operations, legal, technology & AI, and marketing & brand so WFC companies can fund opportunities from a stronger operating base.
